Updated class timetable from 18 May

We’ve updated our online class timetable to accommodate some slight changes on Tuesdays and Fridays, and to add new classes in taekwondo and kickboxing on a Saturday. Hurray! Changes apply as of this week (18 May 2020). Classes are in Zoom, and login details are shared before each class on our Peak Performance members-only Facebook page.

NEW WORKOUT! Dads n Pads 2

We’ve added a new workout to our SMMA workout at Home section. Dads n Pads 2 adds a kickboxing combination to the routine we’ve been working one. One for experienced kickboxing and Taekwondo students, or complete beginners, kids and adults. And no, you don’t need to have a Dad holding the pads!
