Online classes
We now have an online timetable!
As well as the at home workouts we’ve been sharing, we’re now really excited to share our new online class timetable!
The first classes will be live today (Friday), with the timetable kicking in properly from next week. Details for classes will be shared through the Peak Performance members group on Facebook, so if you're not already a member join now.
All classes will run on Zoom, so now’s a good time to download it if you haven’t got it already!
