SMMA at Home workouts & exercises

Classes might be off for the time being - but we’re still here for you!

Unfortunately we’ve had to put classes on hold due to coronavirus, but we don’t want you getting bored!

Steven, MAC, Anthony and the rest of the team have been busy working up ways of helping you keep on top of your training - or even just keep the kids and the rest of the family active and entertained - while we’re all stuck at home.

There’s a range of different types of workouts, from bodyweight exercises to martial arts drills.
