How to book a class
There have been a few changes recently, mostly because of Covid, but that’s not all bad. But just to keep you straight in case you’re feeling a bit befuddled…
Paying for classes
Membership direct debit payments are now through Simply Collect. You can set up (and manage) your membership online without having to go through us, and you’ve different options depending on how many classes you want to do per week. It’s really straightforward, honest, but feel free to ask if you’ve any questions.

Booking a class
To take a class, you now need to book online in advance. That way we can manage numbers and classes from for Covid, and it gives us tracing information in case we need it. Sorry but if you don’t book in, we can’t let you join.
We’re using the Gymcatch app for class bookings. It’s free and you can download it here
Once you’ve got it you can book a class on Gymcatch here
Numbers are limited, so we’d kindly ask that if you book a space but can’t make it that you cancel in advance so that soemone else can join instead.
Timetable changes
Most of our classes are back, but there have been changes to class length and times. And there have been some new classes added!
