As well as classes, we also do personal training - for fitness, martial arts and self defence.
But PT sounds scary, right?
Not with us it isn’t.
It’s hard work, but everything’s tailored to you and your goals. It’ll push you, but in a supportive and constructive way. Not a drill sergeant shouting at you in a muddy field sort of way.
And as well as training, we also offer nutritional advice. So whatever you want to do - whether it’s losing weight, getting fit, improving your performance or enjoying working out at a time which suits you - it’s achievable.
And as well as getting sessions for yourself, you can gift sessions for someone else. Just in case you’re thinking of Christmas present ideas…
