Summer running sessions UPDATE

And we’re doing it!

You’ll remember we recently asked who’d be up for some morning interval running sessions during the summer for SMMA students (and parents also welcome!).

Interval running is a great way to build cardio specifically for sparring, as well as for general fitness.

We’ve had a good response, so we’ll start with weekly sessions on Friday mornings from 9th July.
