Summer running sessions

Improve your cardio over the summer.

We’re proposing to run morning interval running sessions during the summer for SMMA students (parents also welcome to join in!).

Interval running is a great way to build cardio specific for sparring, as well as for general fitness.

The suggested days/locations/times are:

• Wednesday 9:30am
Christie Park, Alexandria or Levengrove Park, Dumbarton

• Friday 9:00am
Hermitage Park, Helensburgh

Sessions will be 30-45 minutes long.
