Taekwondo Scottish Open, May 2022
The Scottish Open will take place on Saturday 28 May at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, Motherwell.

It’s almost time to put those extra training hours to the test - and it looks like we’ve got a squad heading to take Ravenscraig by storm! If you'd like to join in, there's still time to enter the competition online here
You'll need to state your school (HELENSBURGH) and Association (BITF).
We’ve also set up a WhatsApp group for all competitors so we can keep in touch before and during the competition - if you’ve not heard from us on that, let us know!
There’s one last Squad session, on Sunday 22 May, the week before the competition - try to come along to that if you can, it will be good preparation. Book your space on Gymcatch.
