Summer Sessions: Daytime classes
As part of our summer holiday classes, we’re introducing some new daytime classes on a Friday afternoon - open to member and non-members.
These sessions for kids, families and teenagers will run every Friday during the school holidays. Depending on demand we may add more of these sessions - so please let us know if there’s something else you’d like to see…
Parent & Child fitness/kickboxing session | 12:15pm - 1:15pm
For parents and children age 6 years and older, class includes fitness, fun and padwork.
£30 for 6-week block.Pre-season Training | 1:30pm - 2:45pm
For age 8-12 years. Keeping your wee athletes fit and sharp during the break from other sports/activities, and ready for next season. Working on fitness, agility and strength.
£5 per session.Teen Circuits | 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Age 12-15 years. Weight resistance, cardio & agility circuit session.
£5 per session.
These sessions are pay-as-you-go and aren’t included in the membership packages.
You don't need to be a member to come along to these sessions!
Feel free to bring friends or family - but please book in on Gymcatch.
