Theory 

  • The pattern is named after the Holy Dan Gun. 

  • Dan Gun was the legendary founder of Korea in 2333 BC. 

  • Continuous motion is the combination of 2 techniques executed with a single count in one continous breath.  

  • Each movement in continuous motion has a single sine wave.
